Jenny AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Soufiane Doukkani through a New Mexico LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at jenny-app.vercel.app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through our authentication provider, Clerk. If you sign in with Google or another social provider, we receive the profile data you authorize.

Generated Content

Images and videos you generate are stored in our cloud storage (Supabase) and associated with your account. Prompts you submit are stored alongside the generated output for your reference in your Library.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage information including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose issues.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a tokenized reference, billing name, and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage your Rubs balance
  • To generate images and videos using third-party AI models on your behalf
  • To display your public generations in the community feed (if you opt in)
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts, security alerts)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • To analyze aggregate usage trends and improve our models and infrastructure

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
  • FAL.ai — AI image and video generation infrastructure
  • OpenAI — image generation (GPT Image, DALL·E) and transcription (Whisper)
  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Vercel — hosting and CDN

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

Your generated images and videos are stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual generations from your Library at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data (generations, prompts, and usage history) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are anonymized and can be disabled in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
