Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jenny AI (“the Service”), operated by Soufiane Doukkani through a New Mexico LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Rubs Currency

“Rubs” are the in-platform currency used to pay for AI generations.

  • Rubs are purchased with real currency through Stripe.
  • Rubs have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Rubs cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Unused Rubs expire when your account is deleted.
  • We reserve the right to adjust Rub pricing for specific models or features at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only.
  • If a generation fails due to a platform error, the Rubs spent are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or group
  • Generate deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead or defraud
  • Spam the community feed or abuse the platform infrastructure
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. AI-Generated Content Ownership

You own the images and videos you generate using the Service, subject to the following conditions:

  • You grant Jenny AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your public generations in the community feed, promotional materials, and showcase galleries.
  • You may use your generations for personal and commercial purposes.
  • AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (FAL.ai, OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for compliance with those terms.
  • We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated content. Setting a generation to private removes it from the community feed.

6. Service Limitations

  • AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations.
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
  • Model availability may change. We may add, remove, or replace AI models at any time.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@jenny-app.com for refund requests.
  • Prices are listed in USD. Tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Jenny AI brand, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of Jenny AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission. This does not apply to content you generate — see Section 5.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenny AI, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked.
  • Unused Rubs are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Your generated content will be deleted within 30 days.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
